Repair It. Rebuild It. Replace It. Custom-Make It.
Damaged screens do not always need to be completely replaced. In many cases, the problem is limited to one part of the existing screen system, such as torn mesh, a bent frame, worn rollers, damaged tracks, loose hardware, or deteriorated screen material. Addressing only the affected component can often restore proper function while preserving the parts that are still in usable condition.
WindowFixGuru™ evaluates the existing screen system to determine the most appropriate solution based on its condition, size, design, and intended use. Depending on the extent of the damage, the screen may be repaired, rebuilt, rescreened, adjusted, or selectively replaced.
Rescreening may be suitable when the existing frame remains structurally sound but the mesh has become torn, stretched, loose, brittle, or damaged by weather and everyday use. Frames, rollers, tracks, handles, latches, and other components can also be inspected and serviced when appropriate to improve operation and extend the useful life of the existing screen system.
When a new screen is required, we can custom-manufacture screens to fit existing windows, doors, porches, patios, screen rooms, and other openings. Custom fabrication is especially useful when standard replacement sizes are unavailable or an opening requires a specific frame size, screen material, or configuration.

WindowFixGuru™ provides complete screen repair, replacement, and custom fabrication for windows, doors, patios, porches, screen rooms, and commercial properties. Screens are exposed to weather, repeated use, dirt, moisture, insects, pets, and normal wear, which can gradually lead to torn mesh, bent frames, loose corners, damaged rollers, worn tracks, or poor fitting.
Whenever possible, we repair and preserve existing frames, hardware, tracks, rollers, and other usable components rather than replacing the entire screen unnecessarily. Depending on the condition, service may include rescreening, frame repair, hardware adjustment, roller replacement, track service, or complete screen replacement.
Our goal is to restore a secure fit, clean appearance, proper airflow, reliable insect protection, and smooth operation.

Custom Window Screens
Not every window uses a standard-size screen. Older homes, replacement windows, specialty windows, custom wood windows, and commercial properties may require screens made specifically for the existing opening.
WindowFixGuru™ provides custom screen fabrication based on the dimensions and requirements of the existing window system. Each opening can be measured to determine the appropriate screen size, frame configuration, and mesh option. Custom fabrication provides a secure fit while maintaining airflow, visibility, insect protection, and the appearance of the window.
Custom screens can be fabricated for double-hung, casement, sliding, awning, specialty, and older window systems, as well as residential and commercial openings where standard-size screens are not suitable.
Get an EstimateChoose the Right Screen Material
The right screen material depends on appearance, durability, airflow, environmental exposure, and the specific needs of the property. WindowFixGuru™ offers several screen materials ranging from traditional fiberglass and aluminum mesh to premium architectural and specialty filtration screens.
Get a Free EstimateStandard Fiberglass Window Screens
Fiberglass is one of the most commonly used screen materials for residential windows and doors. It is lightweight and flexible and provides good airflow and visibility, making it a practical option for many everyday applications.
Aluminum Window Screens
Aluminum screen mesh provides a stronger, more rigid screen option. It can be a suitable choice for areas where additional durability is preferred while maintaining good ventilation and insect protection.
Copper Screens
Copper screening is a premium architectural option often selected for historic homes, luxury homes, high-end properties, restoration projects, and custom wood windows. In addition to its distinctive appearance and durability, copper naturally develops a patina as it ages, giving the screen a traditional character that works especially well with architectural and restored window systems.
Copper screens can be custom-sized and fabricated to fit existing openings where standard screen materials or dimensions are not appropriate.
Health & Air Quality Screens
For homeowners looking for more than standard insect protection, WindowFixGuru™ also offers premium screen materials designed to help reduce the amount of pollen and certain airborne allergens entering through open windows while maintaining natural airflow.
Options may include Pollen Guard Screens, Clean Air Screens, and Allergy Guard / Hypoallergenic Nano Screens. These specialty materials can be a useful option for bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces where homeowners want fresh-air ventilation with additional pollen and allergen filtration.
Material availability and compatibility depend on the screen size, frame design, airflow requirements, and specific application.
Custom Screen Rooms & Screened Enclosures
In addition to repairing and rescreening existing screen rooms, WindowFixGuru™ can provide complete custom screen solutions for porches, patios, and other outdoor living areas.
Services may include Custom Screen Rooms, Screen Room Installation, Screened Porch Enclosures, and Screened Patio Enclosures. Each project can be planned around the existing structure, dimensions, access requirements, screen material, and intended use of the space.
Custom screened enclosures provide ventilation and an open-air feel while helping keep insects and outdoor debris out of the living area.

Get an EstimateWindow Screen Repair vs. Complete Replacement
Choosing between screen repair and complete replacement depends on the condition of the existing frame, mesh, rollers, tracks, hardware, and surrounding opening. In many cases, only one component is damaged, making repair or rescreening a practical option.
When the existing frame remains serviceable, damaged mesh can often be replaced while rollers, hardware, or track problems are addressed separately. Complete replacement or custom fabrication is generally more appropriate when a screen is missing, badly bent, broken, or no longer fits the opening properly.
WindowFixGuru™ evaluates the existing screen system before recommending the most practical solution, helping preserve usable components whenever possible while restoring proper fit, airflow, insect protection, appearance, and smooth operation.
